This unique
Ebell loft has been created in the Historic Ebell club auditorium. Built
in 1924, this building was originally the auditorium of the beautiful
Ebell Club, an exclusive women's organization founded in 1896. This is a

5. Escrow fees will be split 50% by buyer and seller.
